Heated Bathroom Floors:

The latest invention in bathroom flooring is to add low-voltage heating underneath your bathroom floor. The heated floor option can be "always on" or can be set on a timer with an on and off switch so that you can turn it on when necessary. This option is very popular with arthritis sufferers, older people and people who just want to pamper themselves because they live in colder climates.

Tiled Bathroom Flooring:

Bathroom floor tile comes in a wide variety of materials from marble, granite and ceramic to limestone, vinyl and travertine. Sterling Design & Construction can order any tile that you find on the market. We can bring tile samples to you if you can give us a basic idea of the materials that you are considering.

One of the biggest factors that goes into determining the material you use is the finish that you are looking for. If you are interested in a European look we will probably suggest a natural stone with an unfilled finish. Bathroom tiles come in a huge variety of textures in each of the above materials. The last factor that will play into your bathroom tile choice is the pattern that you are going for. Square tiles in a traditional square pattern is a classic look, but you might want to spice up your flooring with one of the many patterns that are out there. If you do want a pattern we will point you to the right combination of materials, finishes and patterns to get what you need to make your dream bathroom a reality.

When using our tile pattern picker please note whether you want a whole floor pattern or a repeating pattern. We have both complete tile patterns that fit within a room in their entirety and random tile patterns.

If there's something that you like write down the plan number and we can either use that plan or suggest other plans that are similar, but might work better with the tile that you pick out.
